DISC HARROW A Type

Disc harrow A Type, which has an effective and wide usage area in soil cultivation, especially in stubble processing and seedbed preparation, allows plant residues to be broken down and mixed into the soil without overturning the soil. Efficient farming is thus supported through effective cultivation and the maintenance of the biological balance of the soil. It is suitable for use in heavy and difficult conditions.

CHASSIS: Reinforced solid chassis, suitable for working in difficult conditions and providing ease of use with its simple and compact structure. The connection to the tractor is by a three-point hitch or trailer system, depending on the size of the machine and user preference. In models with a large working width, the chassis is folded into the road position hydraulically.

DISCS: 51 and 56 cm optional disc diameters, vertical position angle 11 °, horizontal direction angle 18, disc thickness 4/6 mm, disc distance 24 cm. Each disc arm is connected independently.

ROLLER: Seven different roller options are available, depending on user preference. It can optionally be folded into the road position hydraulically.

ADVANTAGES:

Powerful and Compact Design : A simple design that ensures ease of use, and a reinforced chassis suitable for use in difficult conditions.

Combined Design : After cultivating the soil efficiently with specially produced discs, a perfect surface is obtained through soil breaking, compacting, and leveling operations using different types of rollers.

Minimum Time, Maximum Efficiency : Maximum efficiency is achieved due to the 10-15 km/h operating speed.

Low Fuel Consumption, Low Cost : Fuel savings are assured due to the low tractor power required and the discs' optimum cutting and direction angles.

Robust Bearing Housing : Maintenance- and lubrication-free, long-lasting, robust roller bearings.

Strong Arm Structure : Welded disc arms that are resistant to tough conditions and strong impacts.

Independent Disc Arms : All disc arms are mounted on the battery independently and have their own protective rubbers. In this way, machine balance is maintained during soil cultivation, the discs are protected from damage and there is no loss of speed.

Rubber Disc Protection : The 40mm-diameter rubber wedges used in the arm connections prevent the discs from damage by allowing them to retract vertically, allowing the machine to work quickly and without pause, even in the harshest of conditions, during soil cultivation.

Easy Working Depth Adjustment : The desired working depth can be adjusted easily with the help of the roller. The working depth can be easily adjusted using 5 mm, 10 mm, and 20 mm thick aluminum spacers. The roller height can be adjusted mechanically or hydraulically.

Large Disc Space : The distance between the front and rear discs is 90 cm, the chassis height is 75 cm and the discs are 24.5 cm apart. The large working area of the discs ensures the most efficient transfer of soil from the front to the rear, and facilitates working with minimum residue accumulation.

Front and Rear Battery Trace Adjustment : Using the slidable front battery, the optional disc positions can be obtained for the character of the soil and the working depth, and optimum breaking and cultivation are ensured.

Safe Transportation : For machines with a 4m and above working width, safe transportation is ensured by reducing the width to 2.8 m using the hydraulic folding system in the road position.

ACCESSORIES:

Side Plates : A leveled soil surface is obtained by closing the line created by the final disc with the side plates.

Tine Harrow : Placing a spring tine harrow between the discs and the roller produces a smoother and more fragmented field surface.

Crushbar Leveler : Allow more effective work by leveling the soil surface before the discs and by breaking up large clods. They can be adjusted hydraulically without needing to alight from the tractor.

Front Cutter Roller: The sharp-bladed roller located on the front of the machine cuts and shreds plant residue and stems before the discs, providing a more suitable surface for the cultivation.

Fully Lifted Roller : The roller at the back of the equipment is folded up with the hydraulic system to ensure safer transport and a more comfortable position for the road.

ROLLER OPTIONS:

Cage Roller, Notched Roller, Disc Roller, Hellix Roller, V-Ring Roller, U-Ring Roller, T-Ring Roller.

OPTIONS:
