CULTIVATOR B – Heavy Fix Type

The B Type heavy Fix cultivator is used for stubble breaking and seedbed preparation. It processes the soil by tearing it up to the desired depth without overturning it. The stubble is cut in layers from the root area and mixed well with the soil, and an organic fertilizer application is facilitated for the next crop period. Plant residues are ideally mixed into the soil.

ADVANTAGES:

Combined Design : After deeply cultivating the soil with special production blades, the discs refine the processed soil and make it ready for leveling. A perfect surface is thus obtained by the soil breaking, compacting, and leveling operations using different types of rollers.

Minimum Time, Maximum Efficiency : At a 8-12 km/h operating speed, with maximum efficiency ensured through the minimum amount of time.

Low Fuel Consumption, Low Cost : Fuel savings are achieved from the low tractor power requirement provided by the ideal cutting angles of the blades.

Safety Bolt for Tines : To prevent the tines from being damaged while driving, and to ensure uninterrupted driving, the safety bolt on each tine is activated when it suffers an impact that may damage the tines, allowing the tine to lift from the ground and oscillate, preventing possible damage. The shear resistance of the safety bolt is 650 kg.

Strong Tine Structure : Tines are produced for optimum strength and are resistant to harsh conditions and impacts. The safety bolt shear resistance of the tines during driving is 650 kg.

Robust Bearing Housing : Maintenance- and lubrication-free, long-lasting, robust roller bearings.

Easy Working Depth Adjustment : The desired working depth can be adjusted easily with the help of the roller. The working depth can be easily adjusted using 5 mm, 10 mm, and 20 mm thick aluminum spacers. The roller height can be adjusted mechanically or hydraulically.

Safe Transport : For machines with a working width of 4m and above, the road width is reduced to 3m using the hydraulic folding system in the road position, ensuring safe transportation. The wings are connected to each other with special safety locks, providing maximum safety on the road. Furthermore, the hydraulic cylinders in the transport system are mechanically locked to ensure safety when on the road.

ACCESSORIES:

Front Support Wheel: Standard on trailed machines, offered as an option on mounted type machines. The front support wheel ensures a stable working depth on terrains with undulating surfaces and provides better machine balance. 

Leveling Discs: Notched leveling discs of 46 cm diameter ensure that the soil, which is stirred by the discs, is directed in front of the roller in a way that maintains the field leveling.

Braked Axle: Optionally, mechanical or hydraulic braked axle options are available.
