Monophase Motor Electric Type Barley Crusher

This type of machines are fixed type machines that work with an electric motor. The crushing system of the machine consists of two cylinders. The rollers must make the same revolution in order to crush the feed like flakes. In order to achieve this, the rollers rotate with two gears of the same diameter, one to the other. It is recommended to add 6% water and mix it in order to make the feeds look like flakes, and to start the crushing process after waiting for 12 hours (capacity decreases in the tempering process). You can feed your animals by crushing each grained barley.

Electric Powered Type Barley Crusher

The barley crusher is powered by electric motor. The crushing system is consisting of two cylinders. In order to get the barley as flakes form, 6% water added and kept for 12 hours before crushing. (For flakes, the capacity will be decreased.) The crushed cereals are filled up into a sack through a spiral. It is available to obtain the barley by crushing.

Tractor Powered Type Barley Crusher

The barley crusher is powered by tractors end shaft and tied three points to tractors. The crushing system is consisting of two cylinders. In order to get the barley as flakes form, 6% water added and kept for 12 hours before crushing. (For flakes, the capacity will be decreased.) The crushed cereals are filled up into a sack through a spiral. It is available to obtain the barley by crushing.
