POWER HARROW with PACKER ROLLER

Power Harrow is a tillage machine with vertical blades that turns right and left continuously. 

It prepares seedbed; eliminates weed and plant residue; mixes fertilizer; creates water channels in deeper layers of the soil. It also minimizes stratification.

 

DURABLE HOES : High quality; Italian Made; 30cm length; 1,5cm thick hoes.

PROTECTIVE SHAFT : Shaft protects the machine and the tractor from possible damages while working with higher speeds.

ROTOR PREVENTION SYSTEM : An innovative system developed by Toscano, prevents the hoes getting tangled by the pipe, hose, rope, wire etc.

ANTI-JAMMING SYSTEM : Prevents stones and other stuff to get stuck between rotors.

ADJUSTABLE ROLLER LEVEL : Roller height can be adjusted by the mechanism on two sides of the machine.

Power harrow does not turnover the soil, keeps the moisture inside. 

Since the blades operates right and left, it does not hold any soil or mud. 

Vertical operation increases the water intake of the soil. 

It allows the plant roots to develop faster by preventing stratification deep in the soil. 

Specially adjusted blade alignment increases efficiency while reducing vibration.

Universal CAT III or CAT IV 3-point link. 

1 3/8” Z:21 Spline PTO Protective shaft 1000rpm gearbox provides rotor speed of 279 rpm. 

300 mm long, 15 mm thick, quick adjustment high quality blades. 

Hydraulically adjustable packer roller with mud scraper Rotor protection system (developed by Toscano ;prevents entanglement of hoses, cords, sons, etc.) 

Anti-jamming system (prevents blocking of the stone between the rotors). 

Hydraulic floating kit hook 

Adjustable leveling profile. 

Links before oscillation. 

Movable and adjustable side covers. 

Removable CE safety protectors.
