DISC HARROW D Type (Heavy+)
The heavy offset disc harrow D Type is designed to handle many tasks. It can be used for both high-residue primary and secondary soil cultivation. Its heavy and durable structure is suitable for use in difficult conditions and for deep plowing. The different models available allow the farmer to choose the most appropriate solution for their needs.
ADVANTAGES:
Powerful and Compact Design : A simple design that ensures ease of use, and a reinforced chassis suitable for use in difficult conditions.
Minimum Time, Maximum Efficiency : The highly accurate cutting and concave angle of the discs provides maximum efficiency by facilitating less time on the ground, with a working speed of 8-12 km/h
Single Frame : With a single heavy chassis design in the middle, it allows the discs to enter the soil more easily, facilitating deep cultivation. The chassis also allows a greater direction angle to be achieved.
Easy Direction Angle Adjustment : The directional angles affecting the working depth, tilt, and breaking properties of the discs can be easily adjusted using the multi-hole mechanism on the chassis. The direction angle can be adjusted mechanically or hydraulically.
Robust Bearing Housing : Maintenance- and lubrication-free, long-lasting, robust roller bearings.
Strong Arm Structure : Welded disc arms that are resistant to tough conditions and strong impacts.
Easy Chassis Parallelism Adjustment : The spring tension arm connecting the axle and the drawbar ensures the front and rear batteries are parallel. Parallelism can be adjusted hydraulically. At the same time, the spring suspension ensures flexibility, adapts to the unevenness of the field surface and the road conditions during operation, and minimizes bed and disc breakage.
Minimum Residue with an Adjustable Scraper : Special production scrapers are included with each disc and prevent residue by scraping the discs during soil cultivation. The distance between the scrapers and the discs can be set as desired or adjusted for wear.
Large Disc Space : The chassis height is 65 cm, the distance between discs is 17.5 cm, and the distance between the front and rear discs is wide. The large working area of the discs ensures the most efficient transfer of soil from the front to the rear and facilitates working with minimum residue accumulation.
Deep Working Depth : The maximum working depth is reached thanks to the disc direction angle that can reach 25° and its heavy structure gathered in a single chassis.
Different Disc Options : 56, 61, and 66 cm diameter notched and flat disc options are available.
